My room wasn’t ready room was dirty not cleaned had to make up the room myself bed customer service

Horrible smell, dirty bathroom, friendly staff

The bed sheets on the bed was dirty and seems as if they did not change them found a few spots on the sheets and also a lot of long hair too and the restroom was dirty the shower you can tell the housekeeping do not clean the showers or the walls in the shower witch is very disturbing and disgusting it seems as if the lobby area was more clean then the rooms and also there is a bad smell on the elevators i will not be coming back to this hotel whenever i do came back to visit this state.

Stay away! Dead bugs and foul odor! As soon as I walked in the room I was met with a foul odor that gave me a headache. Tried to open a window and tough it out, only lasted about a hour. Seeing dead bugs on the floor didn’t help matters either. Hotel staff wouldn’t refund me even though I was in the room for about a hour.

Was not aware that the hotel was pet friendly there was a lot of barking of dogs also the bed was uncomfortable and they only offer you three pillows. Carpet smells like dog
