don’t use this hotel!!! Filthy!!! Went to check in after a long plane ride and 1 am in the morning and they hsd no rooms avail after i booked and paid. Guy at the front looked like he just smoked weed and the place was filthy

Disappointing Overnight employee was very nice and helpful. Which is why when I found the bed pad was dirty, the floor of the room was sticky and the toilet and bathroom sink were dirty, I was very disappointed. The lobby entryway had tracked in garbage and the elevator had garbage in it as well. If they had cleaning staff this property would be a wonderful place to stay for a night or for weeks.

I checked in to a dirty room. The only thing clean was the bed (I think? But the sheets were inside out). I let the front desk know, but they only cleaned one thing? Even as I asked them to clean more, they didn't? I had just left my home in a crisis, and I wasn't about to leave to go find another hotel, so I literally just cleaned my own room. And it was FILTHY. Nothing at all checked into a dirty room with no tv had to clean and change the sheets myself

Due to Covid-19 all amenities were closed. Got checked into a filthy room. Took pictures of the messy room, front desk gave me a different room and unable to reach management while there, had to ask for everything such as iron, dishes etc. staff was friendly just a dirty room and 2 room wasn’t as dirty. Will not stay again.

There was not much to like about this particular facility one in the room in the room was filthy bathtub hadn't been clean. Fourth had not been vacuumed or mopped refrigerator was full of things that have been wasted in it. As well as the microwave. In this time of covid 19 the place was unsanitary. I went to the store and purchased. Some disinfectant to Clean the room. So that I felt safe. With my family would staying there. This place needs to be looked at. Overall terrible experience very dirty room tub had dirt in it the toilet had hair on the seat it had a fould smell in the room . I need to stay in this area im currently living in hotels so this was disappointing

Booked a studio suite. There were still a bunch of dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the floors were just filthy...it was so sticky and there was hair, dust and all kinds of trash pieces all over. No shampooo/conditioner/soap/towels restocked.

Access card problem upon problem I stayed at this place at least three times but everytime i check in there is problem with the access card. The last time the room i was assigned was either not cleaned or there was someone still there. I walked back and forth from the front desk to the room 3 times because the card wasn't working and finally the representative came with me to unlock the door and then come to find out someone's pizza on the counter. Very unorganized
