Very bed service. Left us in freezing MN winter without room at 1 am in the morning, because they did not honor the reservation. Stay away from this place

We booked this hotel as a last minute kind of thing. Tiolet didn't flush like it suppose to had to ask front desk to bring the olunger, phone didn't work even though it was plugged in, the hot water at night was cold. If I'm ever in the area again I probably wouldn't waste my time booking this hotel. Customer service was pretty good but just slow.

Sucked A party house. Yelling in the hallway, slamming doors. Front desk worker opened my door at 7a (without knocking) and told me no one should be in this room. What? I paid Then called my room. ( I didn't answer) Same worker knocked on my door. Now she wants my full name. Never again will I stay here.

This room was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was gum stuck to the carpet. The bathroom was gross and dirty. There was a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. I only stayed here for the cheaper WAY parking for the airport but I will never stay here again. It was a nice neighborhood so I expected more from the hotel.

The tv in the room had no remote. After several attempts to locate one at front desk I asked for another room. Was told no clean ones and no one there to clean one. This was at 3:00 PM. Totally unacceptable. Never stay there again.

This hotel was the exact opposite of what we had imagined. We've stayed at Extended Stays before, and they were always fine. This one was run down, dirty, and understaffed. Just walking in you could see that they need better housekeeping employees. The hallways, elevators, and common spaces looked so dirty and run down. Our room was just as bad.
