Nothing, troubled experience. Room was smelling very badly.

Never again! I checked into the Eagan hotel around 9 p.m., used my magnetic strip key to unlock the door, placed my carry bag on the table and went out for a movie. I came back just after midnight and neither of my magnetic keys worked on the outside doors to the hotel and so I entered through the lobby. Neither key worked on my room door. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign to call a number for assistance using the lobby phone. The desk phone rang until going to a message that prompted me to dial zero. I was checked into a room with a bedsheets that hadn’t been changed. And the bathroom had hairs in the tab. It was disgusting. I spoke with the manager, Jackie and she said my money was going to be refunded. I need that to happen. Thank you, Margaret

Location was fine for our quick overnight in the city. Room was dirty. Leftover socks from previous guests. When we turned down the bed, the sheet was SO stained all over & took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone to bring clean sheets. We didn't even take a shower there because we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness. "Free breakfast" is just coffee, instant oatmeal, pre-packaged mini muffin and granola bar. Won't stay there again.

Well the property is very dirty from the time you walked in the door the time you got to your room which is even worse you would think they would make your personal space cleaner anyway I went in the room the bedding was gross we are afraid to set her things down we looked around and even found more dirt So we decided to leave. And this is a great inconvenience as we are from out of town! I could not find another hotel and had to drive all the way the way home.

Unprofessional Could not check in even a minute before 3:00 or they wanted to charge us a fee. Then we couldn’t check in until late and couldn’t find anyone around. When I did she was very rude and threw the paper and pen around. Then we ordered a queen room and got a double. The toilet was plugged when we got there and again couldn’t find anyone to fix the problem. Very unprofessional place

Soup was left in the cupboard. Next morning housekeeper knocked and i said I'm in the shower and they yelled 2 min. This was at 11:15 AM. Horribly rude service. No tooth brushes in the vending machine.
