DONT STAY HERE !!!! This hotel Jas an incredibly low standard for service, cleanliness and condition of room. Carpet filthy, stains on bedding, blankets hard & scratchy. No screens on window. Spills on window sil that have clearly been there a very long time. Broken & damaged furniture. Refrigerator doors wouldn't stay closed. I had to repeadily plunge toilet within an hour of being there. Had to clean mold in shower in order to take a shower, then had to clean a build up of hair & muck out of shower drain so I didn't have t... read more

Highly consider going somewhere else. The hotel we booked at sent us to a different location due to no clean rooms. Upon arriving at the location we were sent to the front desk person was no where to be found. Walking to my room the hallways were completed dirty. Definitely needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. Not to mention the odor. Opened the door to my room and the odor was even stronger than the hall. The windows were open( I assume) to air out the room. The carpet was absolutely dirty. Nothing, troubled experience. Room was smelling very badly.

Never again! I checked into the Eagan hotel around 9 p.m., used my magnetic strip key to unlock the door, placed my carry bag on the table and went out for a movie. I came back just after midnight and neither of my magnetic keys worked on the outside doors to the hotel and so I entered through the lobby. Neither key worked on my room door. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign to call a number for assistance using the lobby phone. The desk phone rang until going to a message that prompted me to dial zero. I was checked into a room with a bedsheets that hadn’t been changed. And the bathroom had hairs in the tab. It was disgusting. I spoke with the manager, Jackie and she said my money was going to be refunded. I need that to happen. Thank you, Margaret

Location was fine for our quick overnight in the city. Room was dirty. Leftover socks from previous guests. When we turned down the bed, the sheet was SO stained all over & took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone to bring clean sheets. We didn't even take a shower there because we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness. "Free breakfast" is just coffee, instant oatmeal, pre-packaged mini muffin and granola bar. Won't stay there again.

Well the property is very dirty from the time you walked in the door the time you got to your room which is even worse you would think they would make your personal space cleaner anyway I went in the room the bedding was gross we are afraid to set her things down we looked around and even found more dirt So we decided to leave. And this is a great inconvenience as we are from out of town! I could not find another hotel and had to drive all the way the way home.
