Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet did not flush properly. Room had a funny smell.

Horrible No towels upon arrival; no phone

The location looks nice in the photos but once you get there it seems sketchy.

I didn’t not stay there and was charged for a nights stay
Terrible experience! Terrible experience. Place is outdated, dirty and had a wet dog odor because pets are allowed. My room was near an exit door and across from trash & linen area so there was non-stop noise all night. Terrible sleep. This was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Apparently, I had to stay over 7 nights in order for my room to be cleaned. Like really? So stupid. Customer service was horrible. It says "breakfast" on their website and trust me, there wasn't any. Not good While the bed was nice to sleep on, and t.v turned on.. The fridge leaked, and the door stops fell off, and the bathroom stopper came completely off.. And the bed spread had a coffee spill.

Hallway was filthy and there was a horrible smell! Bed looked like it had been slept in so they did give us another room!
