My original room smelled awful and the sheets were dirty. The front desk girl was very accommodating but still, this was not a great experience.

The idea of having a kitchen was a plus but the place was so dirty that I didnt want to use it.

Was by far the worst service I have ever experienced! The bed wasn’t clean and there was hair all over the sheets. I had to ask three times for new sheets and had to strip the bed and make it myself. There was a half Eaten bag of chips in the cupboard that I asked them to remove and they didn’t. The hallways were filthy as well. I used a free night for this stay and am very upset that I wasted it on this hotel!! I will never stay at that hotel again!

I arrived early in the morning (9:00am) and was told check in wasn’t until 3:00pm. I understand that but when i asked about getting a room prepared for an early check in the front desk girl was not helpful or all that concerned. The other 2 desk people i saw after i came from my appointment at 2:30pm were helpful and recognized my situation and i did get a room at 2:09pm. That first girl turned me iff of your hotel. The entrance was dirty. There was a pile of swept garbage on the floor right by check in counter. The room was not cleaned. Sticky spots on the floors, counter, and night stands. The blanket had had old blood stains and yellow stains. The fridge was dirty! I saw how backed up the check in counter was when I checked in that I didn’t bother to ask and wait for it to be cleaned.

It was nice outside but the inside was a mess. The inside was dirty, had bugs in the room, hair all over in the bathroom, and our sheets had stains on them hadn't been changed. We should receive a free stay. Thank you

The comforter had a blood stain... And the room wasn't particularly cleanly. I've stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels before and they were much cleanlier and in better shape.
