Not Worth the Low Price There was a broken fridge and broken outlets, a towel that was musty from sitting in water from the broken fridge, and the window was left open (25°F).

Not recconmended First of all. From maybe the 3rd or 4th snowstorm they have yet not to clear the sidewalks of snow. The emergency exits where in passable. Very bad slipping hazards. We stayed two nights. The room are cleaned only after you leave, not everyday. Service was bad.

The shower had not been cleaned and the room was very hot when we arrived

The price is cheap. No ice machine in the building. The key cards not working half of the time. We have to go back to front desk all the time to fix it. Nobody even cleaned up our room. It says in the hotel that it was 5 starts. In reality not even close to 3.

Bad experience The bathroom was nasty, the toilet and the bathtub. Also, one of the towels was dirty, not clean or washed

We sold the room you reserved and prepaid for Room that I prepaid for was not available when I arrived so was sent to another hotel. When asked why the room I had reserved and paid for was not available for me I was given a one word explanation of 'housekeeping'. With no elaboration. Took an hour and a half just to get another Lyft there and had to spend another 20 bucks for the ride and didn't get into a room until about 2 am. We had to book due to weather and road conditions. We booked on line and received a rate higher than what the hotel typically charges. At check in we were told we could receive the hotel rate, but at check out the front desk said we would be charged the higher, on-line rate. Poor communication. Lacks integrity.

Sleepy desk clerk Got there to check in, desk clerk had went to bed I guess and woke them up. Said they were full and my reservation was no good. Then hung up on me. Sounded like a party in the background. Sad. Hard to find good workers I guess in that area.
