Needs some love. The room was okay. It was quiet. The breakfast was coffee and 1 energy bar. The lobby trash looked like it hadn't been picked up in awhile. The TV was on a dresser that was lower than the bed, so you had to sit up in bed to watch it. The dresser drawers were broken. But it was clean.

I would stay here again. Great location in Eagan, MN. Nice to have the king bed and a regular stove and refrigerator for a week stay. Bathroom and shower were very good. Smelled like cigarettes, but an excellent value and comfortable residence with ample room to work and rest.

Supposed to be a none smoking room but the entire floor itself smelled like cigarette not once did I see a housekeeper.

Basic accommodation at reasonable rate Good location for my purposes, and close to a couple of shopping centers. Common areas were "well-used" and could use a freshening-up. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The room carpet needs replacing, or at least a good shampoo. WiFi was good.
