We made a reservation and on arrival they did not have a room prepared. Sheets were not on the bed. We were offered the sheets to make the bed ourselves. We left and requested a refund. Lobby area was dirty and receptionist was distracted by personal call. Will never reserve room here again. We were left to find another room at 9:00pm at night.

I am a 78y.o. female traveling alone. i was there to celebrate my sister"s 90th birthday at an assissted living facility behind the hotel & did not rent a car. I was told that my reservation as cancelled & they could get me a room a mile away. the whole reason for choosing your hotel was its proximity to my sister without involving a car. Toilet backed up. Went down to the desk and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Asked for plunger. Took me 20 minutes to get it unplugged and when it finally did loosen it shot over the edge and soaked my left leg with sewage from my knee to my foot! Big puddle to clean up. I used toilet paper and it immediately turned black. It was obvious the bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Kitchen countertop was filthy. TV had a letter of dust.

Awful! Stayed there for 3 nights while attending a weekend car show. Room was filthy. Trash had not been emptied. When returning to room late there were three people sleeping in the hallway/ second floor. Be aware section 8 housing residents drill here full time too. If able - skip this place
