Hotel was at good location 10 -15 minutes away from most of the attractions like zoo, mall of America. Rooms were okay, but didn't like the furniture and also hair dryer was not working. Free breakfast was included but when we get to the reception where the breakfast was could not find much.

Ok room. Our kid got sick and exorcist spewed milk all over our bed at midnight. The night gal at the counter was quick to bring me new sheets, a bag for the gross sheets and offered to wash our clothes in the hotel washer. Being we had a flight to catch and had to leave by 330am, I used the pay washers instead. (Baby was better and slept after that, atleast some one got sleep) The gal at check in was not so friendly and seemed she was eager to get back to her phone. Could Be Better Although cheaper than some other hotels I would like the hotel to check their rooms more thoroughly when customers leave. My telephone was not connected as a previous guest had stolen the wire. The guy at the front desk says this happens often also with the TV wires. Very nice and helpful people at the counter. However, 3/4 times I needed someone at the front desk no one was there. My shower was broken, luckily the maintenance guy was nearby and he replaced the head. It was decent. Initially it was overbooked so I was sent to different branch which was only 5 mins away
