Hotel met the needs of not having to sleep in an airport for a night. Fairly clean and was cheap.

Ive honestly expected more from this hotel..... ive stayed at extended stays, even worked in one. Thos place needs a major upgrade. The first room i checked into smelled like a grandpa ashtray. I thought this was a non smoking hotel? The next room was a little better i had a kitchen area but no cups, plates, or utensils.

I am a 78y.o. female traveling alone. i was there to celebrate my sister"s 90th birthday at an assissted living facility behind the hotel & did not rent a car. I was told that my reservation as cancelled & they could get me a room a mile away. the whole reason for choosing your hotel was its proximity to my sister without involving a car. I was fortunate that my niece was already there & I could bunk with her it worked but was not ideal. It was OK but really not a place I will recommend. It took more than 20 minutes to get someone to check us into the hotel. Apparently they were short staffed but the front desk person is supposed to carry the phone when they leave the area so they can be reached - unfortunately, she did not. The sink in the kitchenette was very dirty. I ran water to clean it and quickly realized it was from the drain backing up into the sink. However the bed was clean and very firm. There was a nice shower, and the bathroom was clean.
