I admit it--I'm spoiled by nice convention hotels. We needed a pet friendly (options limited) place in our community for 3-4 nights while our home was out of commission for remodeling--already spending a bundle on that stuff, would rather not add excessively to the total--options limited again. First off, booking process thru expedia is wierd, had to update app twice, re-register with different email, it was clumsy to have to make changes through the app vs directly with the desk...
