Friendly staff at front desk. Provided delivery menus because I needed dinner. Thank you for providing coffee, but please exchange the styrofoam coffee cups with paper cups/sleeves for environmental reasons.

Brand new hotel...only open 3 weeks ago. Still a bit disheveled, but couldn’t beat the rate, and it’s only a few minutes from MSP airport.

The lot wasn’t scooped out after the snow and it was very sloppy. No pop machines on each floor and the one in the lobby wasn’t functioning. Only one pillow per person.

Almost brand new hotel. Beds are still a little hard. Not a lot right around the area but overall a very nice hotel for the price!

I didn't like that they were stingy with information. Staff was vague on information at check in therefore caused confusion extra charges and misinformation/miscommunication. Not only instead of a curiosity phone call regarding check out they came into the room while we were still in bed without knocking

Excellent for long term stay, like a mini apartment

Clean, airport area, extended stay jewel. Newly opened, close to airport, easy access from interstate, quiet. Courtyard Marriott next door. But if you're going to cook, you need cooking supplies, utensils, etc. Bus service limited to this area. Car almost essential. Light rail from Mall of America, thru airport, to downtown is a jewel. Fitness area has no stationary bike or free weights, but otherwise quite nice. Alarm clock not very loud.

We did not understand this was like renting an apartment rather than the normal hotel. You pay extra for daily linen and there was no maid service. Had we understood this, we would have been better prepared so it’s our fault. But rooms are large, beds are comfortable and we will readily stay here again.
