My boyfriend and I had to fly back to Minnesota after getting into a hit and run in Denver, CO. We had a late night flight and didn’t get in until 2am, we chose to book this hotel because the check in end time had no end and the front desk was supposed to be 24/7. When we arrived we went to the front desk but the doors were locked and lights were off we had dialed on the phone in the small waiting area and still no one picked up. Horrible! Would not recommend staying. This is a hotel that also houses families, room next to us had multiple kids screaming and bouncing off the walls. Receptionist told us there was more that 4 kids in the room and had been staying there for awhile. They moved us to a queen room, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, marijuana on the bathroom floor, bed made with sheets sideways…hotel smells of cigarettes… horrible stay… do not recommend. Only pleasant thing was the receptionist.

Disappointed :( Sad. The employees were talking (right in front of my sister and I) about me booking on Hotels.com and put us in a room that was in poor condition, because we paid a lower rate. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed, you could smell perfume on them.

Ronnie the GM is out to make money. Stay away. I was given 2 rooms that were both dirty, not cleaned properly. Pillows on the couch with no pillow cases. Bed used. Crap on the floor. In the end the nice guy at the front desk went to look for a clean room himself. He check 8 more rooms that the system said was clean, none were. In the end I had to go elsewhere. Management, do better. Check when your cleaners say rooms are clean. Nobody is getting a bonus when you can’t get a clean room for your customers. Cleaners, stop lying... read more

Don’t stay here! The room stunk like cigarettes, bed seemed to be just on top of a pull out frame, receptionists were rude and unwelcoming.
