Average, for an extended stay hotel Fairly average hotel. Note that it is an extended stay hotel in an airport district, so no amenities in the rooms like coffee maker. There is a small stove, but no utensils or plates, you would need to provide them yourself. They give you a small bar of soap, but no shampoo etc.

Location was easy between st. Paul and Minneapolis

Brand New!! The hotel is brand new and the staff are working on getting things where they need to be but overall great place to stay!

Great place for long term. It would be nice if they had better way to check in after hours

Had a long wait at check-in just for someone to show up at the desk (no 'be back soon' or 'for service... ' message around). Went out the first night and came back and my key didn't work, wasted more time getting that fixed (but the desk person was accessible & dedicated to getting it right). Light under the microwave was burned out. Casters on the shower sliding door were worn and difficult to move. Toilet consistently making noise throughout the stay. Checked back out after about an hour. Place was disgusting. Could hear all the other guests around us because the walls are so thin. Bathroom light was broken. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Stains on the beds.

Tried calling the property a number of times from the airport and no one ever answered the phone.
