We did not understand this was like renting an apartment rather than the normal hotel. You pay extra for daily linen and there was no maid service. Had we understood this, we would have been better prepared so it’s our fault. But rooms are large, beds are comfortable and we will readily stay here again.

Average, for an extended stay hotel Fairly average hotel. Note that it is an extended stay hotel in an airport district, so no amenities in the rooms like coffee maker. There is a small stove, but no utensils or plates, you would need to provide them yourself. They give you a small bar of soap, but no shampoo etc.

Had a long wait at check-in just for someone to show up at the desk (no 'be back soon' or 'for service... ' message around). Went out the first night and came back and my key didn't work, wasted more time getting that fixed (but the desk person was accessible & dedicated to getting it right). Light under the microwave was burned out. Casters on the shower sliding door were worn and difficult to move. Toilet consistently making noise throughout the stay.
