Disappointing in some way Upon arrival at late night which was communicated via phone due to plane landing late at night and when arrived at the hotel. Apparently they overbooked as they “said” and say they will give us a room that was rvsp a week ago. Wasn’t too happy to find out that way and got a room and feeling was not friendly. Had some werid residents living there. I wouldn’t book this hotel again in the future
Dirty, wifi not working even after paying for the service, nothing but towels in the room
Would NOT recommend this hotel. Rooms were dirty and found cockroaches in the bathroom

The hotel over booked - I had paid for double queen they did not have one available so they gave me a mattress to put on the floor for me and my kids to sleep - not to mention they would not provide me with additional towels- the bathroom was dirty - was awful experience

We showed up and there was a really bad smell that surrounded the entire property. When we went inside there was no one present to help us and we waited for over an hour until a young man came out and told us we couldnt check in because it was too early. We explained we were on the road and just wanted to crash for a couple of hours and probably shower before we head home. He told us he would be back to help. No one ever came back.
