Person working the front desk was horribly rude. I asked for dishes and pans but was told there was no cookware available the whole point of booking a room there was to use the kitchen to make meals for the week she said she could not refund me and actually suggested I go buy cookware! I ended up calling and driving to another Extended Stay for cookware. also, the kitchen was infested with ants

Very strong strong odor of drugs throughout the halls and check in desk

Very gross hotel. Entire establishment was gross. Showers looked like they have never been cleaned. There was what looked like a piece of food in the shower and somebody’s shampoo was still in the bathroom. You could see stains in the pillows through the pillowcases. The so called “lobby” area was completely unorganized with crap everywhere.

Property needs overhaul and upkeep. Stay was so bad that I cancelled my reservation at another Extended Stay property in the Chicago in order to avoid another terrible experience.
