We were put in a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes or old furnace burning. The toilet bowl had mold and mildew that clearly hadn’t been cleaned out.

Toilet cover and seat were broken in BOTH rooms, bathrooms not cleaned well, beds cockeyed, tv remote without batteries, desk gone, and lamp on floor with burnt out lamp. Will never stay there again!

Trash over full on outside but 2nd shift Manager took care of. My Confirmation number didn't show up on their computer on so I had to call you yesterday around 3. So the 1st Manager gave me the room for free. I woke up to a knock on the door around midnight and it was overnight lady saying that this room (my) room was vacant and I said the General Manager gave me this room and she asked my name and I told her.

No hair dryer, no plug in the tub and shower. No shampoo. Toilet seat hanging on by one bolt. Surprisingly run down. Has a small kitchen area.

First, I never had a room where my reservation was, I was not informed because the hotel did not have any contact details. I was sent to second hotel for room. Customer service was great but cleanliness was opposite.

Unfortunately, we arrived at 9pm, waited in the lobby with 3 other couples for 45 min and NO ONE came to check us in. The lobby phone that we were supposed to use to call for assistance was broken. When the front desk person FINALLY arrived, she was flustered and clearly overwhelmed. The hotel had been oversold and there were no rooms, despite the fact that all 4 of us couples had confirmation numbers. My first room wasn’t ready- garbage and fans going from some sort of flood so went to the front desk for a new room. In my new room there were hairs on the pillows, splatters all over the side table and head board, blue gunk In the bathroom sink, and hair in the shower. I have pictures and videos of it. I left, seeing as how this was the SECOND dirty room. Extended stay will not get back to me about my refund request. Entire building smelled like cigarettes and garbage. Entry way, floors, rugs, elevators, hallways, front desk counter tops EVERYTHING so dirty & filthy, disgusting. All the staff did not look professional looks like they just woke up. Although there was a traveling GM there one day super helpful & nice, said most people there live there. No dishes but advertised they had dishes we could use finally got some but had to wash all of them.
