Very dirty. A lot of weird guys around the hotel make barbekue. Probably they live in the hotel like in the apartment rent. The room had the smell from the bathroom. This place is now number 1 in our list as NEVER again.

We couldn’t even stay there it was so awful. We had to scramble to find another hotel after a long day at a wedding. We should get a refund.

I have never done this before, but once we saw the condition of our room, we walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, I saw an ant on the fridge, the beds were just cots, the screen on the window was shredded, and there was a lot of other wear and tear on the room. I was charged more than the price I was promised through Expedia and I did not receive a room with 2 beds as I requested. Jermaine at the front desk was awesome and settled the overcharge the following morning. The room smelled terrible and the window could not be left open to air it out as there was a fist sized hole in the screen. The sofa bed in the room lacked a mattress and was scratched by a cat. I was told this was the last room they had left.

Property was misrepresented. It had no pool and when we got there they didn't have a room for us. Full of people living there. We had to go find a different hotel.
