Close to home and a McDonald's. Allows pets. Probably allows kids as well, you will have to ask to be sure.

Dont expect much I looked for cheap and I got it. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling by wires, curtains falling off rod. Unfriendly counter person, should be a bouncer at a bar not desk at a hotel.
