Ngl Don’t Go Umm there was no customer service at desk took over half hour just to get check in then when family was checked in the room was dirty not clean at all the shower was horrible literally shaving of hair thru out the tub with red seem like blood stain the shower didn’t work in the morning the bed sheets definitely wasn’t changed honestly it was a horrible experience to be honest wasn’t happy at all very disappointed

The night we arrived after paying earlier that day, the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. Therre were 5 other guests trying to check into rooms that were paid for and “reserved”. 2 rooms were found available, (we received 1 of those rooms) the other guests had to leave and find new accommodations elsewhere. DID NOT GET TO STAY We booked our stay for two days but arrived and there were no employees to be found, so we couldn't get checked in and couldn't get our key to our room. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, WE DID NOT STAY!
