First sign I countered reminded me management not responsible for theft or damage to my vehicle. It made it seem property might be inot safe. In”Their” parking lot, not a ramp , or off site but “Their” property. Room appeared to need a big upgrade and tub did not drain .I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet.
There was no person at the front desk to check people in. Some waited for up to 2.5 hours. I got to the room and there was no pillow. I had to leave the same night.
Find a better hotel. Outside entryway all you smell is dog poop. As you walk in to front desk you are hit by a strong smell of marijuana. They say there is breakfast all they have is coffee and if your lucky oatmeal. There was mold above the shower. There was junk sitting in the hallways (plunger, Step stool, garbage) Sink in the room kitchen had no stop when you turned the handle you could turn both handles all day long and it would not stop.
Fake Reservation We attempted to check in and they apologized but said they had no rooms available which left us with no where to stay. We were told this “just happens sometimes” and that we wouldn’t be charged but I still have a pending charge on my account. The hotel staff stated his just happens sometimes when the hotel gets booked through 3rd party apps (Hotels.com).
When i booked for two bed one room but they have no available only one bed one room. I don't accept. Two ladies worked front were not very friendly.
Very poor and uncleaned room
Not worth half the price The No smoking room has been smoked in, a lot. You must ask for every single amenity except toilet paper. The floors are sticky and filthy. I had to wash my feet after walking on the carpet barefoot. It would have been nice to have another blanket
