Worst hotel ever! Room dirty, holes is floor and Sheetrock, hotel staff rude!

Don't Stay Here This property was just barely tolerable. I found O's price to be about $20 higher than that quoted by the hotel. This property is dirty, not well maintained and with an unresponsive staff who did not follow through on my complaints. I do not think I will trust this travel brand or O's pricing again. This hotel may be beyond saving.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to downtown Nashville. It's very convenient to the highway, airport and other amenities. The exterior of the hotel is good, but the room was pretty disgusting. There were spiders and cobwebs in the corners & behind the dresser, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and the tub had dirty footprints in it. Possibly the worst hotel ever! No joke, DO NOT stay here. I've stayed at some pretty dumpy motels before, but this was hands down the 2nd worst place I've ever stayed. Got there at 11pm, and was told I couldn't check in for 45min! Huh, it was 11PM, not AM. Finally got in the room & it was filthy, hair everywhere on the beds, blood on the walls in the bathroom, shower didn't work. Had it not been 1AM by time everything was done, I would have left right then, but spent the night, then canceled the next 4 nights I had reserved.

Poorly maintained The toilet was very sluggish and about ran over. Maintenance came and plunged it. Thank goodness they left the plunger because the next day at 2 AM the toilet did overflow and I had to use the plunger to unstop it! The rates were good, but as they say, "you get what you pay for". I will never stay in an Extended Stay America again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Learned my lesson.

Most filthy room that I have ever stayed in! Our room had not been cleaned properly, urine and feces stains in the toilet, hairs in the shower and dry crusty food on the counter. The bed was made but upon inspection the sheets were dirty. food and drink stains on the sides of the sheets as well as hair in the bed. The floor was also covered with crumbs as well as dirty towels in the shower. Good location terrible conditions I booked a non smoking room and when we entered it smelled like stail smoke. I called the front desk and he said they had no other rooms but he could coming in and spray whih meant febreeze overload. On top of it we also did not have a window that would open so there was no ventilation. The bed was hard as a rock I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. I would never stay here again.

Home Extended Stays This was a dirty, nasty smoke filled room. The air quality was extremely poor. The bed was so low to the floor, it was so uncomfortable. Because the whole place was dirty and grimey, we felt the need to stay on top of the bedspread so we would not get bedbugs.
