Dirty Room that I got The room was so dirty that I have to leave and find other hotel. The worst thing is that I got at 2 am to the hotel and had to look for other one at that time. I had stayed in other Extended stays but this one, was not good.

Terrible hotel, Parking lot was blocked for some reason and I couldn't park anywhere, so I had to find a parking on the street and walk about 200 yards to my hotel room, no easy directions from staff to find where your room is at, thugs hanging out in the blocked parking lot playing football, room is dirty and old

Stay somewhere else Mold, stale cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Son started having breathing issues less than 1/2 after check in. Checked out and moved to a Marriott down the block. Will be canceling our return reservation on the way home from Florida and staying somewhere else. One staff member really tried to find a solution others not as helpful. Worst hotel we have ever been to. Do not forget the lessons I evidently forgot: you get what you pay for, and never do a nonrefundable rate if you've never been to a place... read more
Non satisfactory trip No hair dryer, breakfast is nothing, but room is very clean.
Not understanding why so expensive I would not recommend. I find a cockroach in my room, the room does not come stocked with any plates, cups, etc... you have to go request it from the office. Would not stay there again

Extended Stay Away This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years: The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:30. About 3:30 we were told that one of the rooms was ready. Actually, both were ready and no one bothered to tell the front desk. Someone came at 4:30 to do something about mold. I told him that there was no mold. Not what I was expecting. When we checked in it was late at night and so wore out we just stayed with what we have since the hotel was already paid for through expedia. It was not very clean, we didn't get the space that it looked like we were going to have and our choices were not given. I had the room reserved since March and expected 2 Double beds, pullout couch and rollaway. Would not recommend I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a queen room and was given a double room. The towels felt like sandpaper. The hotel staff was friendly, but rushed. The main lobby smelled musty and the "non-smoking room" smelled like an ashtray. Save your trouble and pay $30 more to stay somewhere else.
