Just eeks by. Disappointing, I do not expect a lot out of Extended Stay, the ones in California I have stayed at have been very nice. The ones in Tennessee not so much. This Nashville property was undergoing exterior renovation, but they need to pay more attention to the interior. Toliet paper roll was falling off the wall. Closet only had one sliding door and it was off the tracks. No glasses. No shampoo.

Don't do that to yourself This hotel was being renovated when I stayed there so at least it may improve soon, however my room was non smoking, and it reeked of smoke, everything was old and had a smell. There were bugs (although they were dead) on the floors. I won't stay at this brand ever again.

I booked the extended stay to check it out for my wife to use for her new job. Just disappointed.

worst hotel ever The room I got smelled like a smoking cigarette machine(Although it was a non smoking) Housekeeping was at additional charges. Everything was old. And there was coca roaches on the stove and inside the fridge ! Fruit flies seemed to be living in there . The sidewalk would have been more comfortable than the spring of the bed stabbing your back. Don't get fooled by what it looks like from the outside. Wait til you get inside .

Not Impressed We were first given a room that had no furniture such as a chair and/or table, night tables or a stool to go to the built-in breakfast nook. I guess we were suppose to sit on the bed and everything else was to be on the floor. My second complaint was this room smelled of cat urine. The final straw was the roach found dead on the floor (I guess that's better then living) but the ants were alive. We were able to get our room changed, which was an improvement in the furniture and smell, but still we had ants. This... read more

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Staff didn't let us know that we had to request coffee maker/pans ect. for the room. I even specifically asked if coffee maker was in room and was told yes. Needless to say I had to go get it because only one person was working and there was four other people besides me waiting to get help at the desk for their own complaints. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America due to my experience here.

Bad service from hotel non-working fridge Did not like the hotel staff we had to carry our old towels down to the office and get new ones we were told that by the staff .Told them that the refrigerator was not working when we arrived 2 days later not one person showed up to repair told the staff before i left they did not care no im sorry ,discount, no nothing but i will not stay there again !!!!

WORST-Filthy and Disgusting DO NOT STAY HERE EVER This room was beyond disgusting. Both beds, sheets mattresses and comforters looked as if they had been urinated on and not cleaned. The smell of the room was unbarable the refridgerator was filthy and the bathroom was even worse the carpets were stained and sticky. I felt like when we left I needed to shower a few times to get the funk of that horrible room off of me. The front desk was not trying to help in any way.
