Worst stay ever, And thats quite a feat Worst stay ever. It was CMA fest week, The busiest week of the year in Nashville, They more than double the rates at this crumby old ghetto motel for this week. Started off by sending us to a room that not only was not ready but their was a large very used adult toy on the floor in the middle of the room. Disappointing vacation trip Reserved two rooms for weeklong family vacation. Rooms were supposed to be close but not adjacent, but wound up with rooms in two different buildings at farthest ends of complex. Had called ahead twice to confirm accommodations and our late check in. There was no map to show us where rooms were located prior to check in and then we were given directions to only one of them and had to search for second room. Not a great stay! There were two endless nights of the adjacent room making noise, smoking past 2 a.m. in the morning, notified hotel staff several times without resolve. Also when exchanging linens they only had one bath towel to offer that was clean and return. I ask for the manager to call me to compensate me for the two nights from h-e-l-l saying in their facility and a week later I still have not heard anything from them.
Find another place. Recently renovated but bugs were not. No pots and pans to use, rooms were just not comfortable.

Ok in a pinch Room numbers not marked large enough to see from the car. We had to get out of the car to find our room as there were no signs indicating the range of room numbers located on the building, only small number plaques on the door. The air didnt seem to be working well. It was a little warm and stuffy, and adjusting the thermostat didnt seem to do anything. We called the desk to report it. They said they would come check on it, they never came to check or called back, but it did get a little cooler after a while.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at I could write a book about how gross and disgusting this place was. When I first walked into my room it had clearly either not been cleaned or someone did a crappy job. There was water all over the floor in the bathroom and all the towels had either bright pink lipstick or a gross yellow stain all over them. Very Spartan facilities, only acceptably clean While the hotel was located in a nice, quite area the rooms were sparser than I had expected. You had to ask for everything from a hair dryer to water glasses. While the rooms were acceptably clean the outside walkways and parking lot were littered with cigarette butts, small trash and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. 2 Strikes and almost slept in car took 3 tries to get me into a room. First one was not cleaned, bed was stripped, cigarette smoke filled, trash everywhere. Second room the door lock was jammed. Third room acceptable but smoky smelling. Hard bed. Did not feel safe.
