Found some dudes underwear in the bed. Obviously they didn’t wash the sheets. Also found body wash in the shower so they clearly didn’t clean that either. No laundry soap. Place sucks. Chick at front counter was dumb as a hammer.

The front desk attendant was woefully inexperienced. There were two parties ahead of me when I arrived, and no desk clerk. It took over 1/2 hour before I was able to check in. The room was no where near what we expected, or are used to for the money. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this property again. Probably will not use Orbitz again either.

The property is supposed to be non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarette smoke the entire stay. When we left, our clothes smelled like smoke. The mattress was worn out, and housekeeping left a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower. We were told our room was on one side of the building, was actually on the opposite side of the building.

Our room was clean except for ants in the bathroom, specifically around the sink area only. Reason for the disappointing rating is no room service. Not only did they not come once a day to at least freshen our towels, we had nothing in our room except a packet of dishwashing liquid. No soap, shampoo, nothing. And every day we had to visit the lobby to ask for towels.

Sofa bed had no pillows or sheets, when went to office, we received sheets, but no pillows. Absolutely nothing is in the rooms you have to ask for everything, glasses (plastic), coffee maker, coffee cups (paper), silverware (plastic). Location is not bad and price is decent.

Disappointed I arrived mid evening, I think around 7pm. It took forever for someone to come to the front desk to do check in. You could hear a TV in the back but there was no way to get their attention. The room numbers were impossible to read in the dark from the parking lot when trying to figure out where your room was to park. They had left no bath towels in the room which was unfortunately discovered to late, I had to make due with the washcloth and hand towel. The Hotel Pictures were missleading, the Floors under the beds were very dusty, the shower tub was moldy and dirty. No bath towels in the room, only Hand towels.
