YUCK Hotel Staff was not accommodating, Started with one book booked and paid for and they could not find the payment, Beds were filthy, Ants and Roaches, Keys did not work 3x while we were there and had to call Customer Service who had to call the Hotel Mgr, what a mess. Def never staying there again. NO ice machine. Was very disappointed!

Wasn't worth it. We had one of the end rooms. As soon as we walked in, there were so many stink bugs on the ceiling, some on the bed, and in the bathroom. I understand it's down south and in a semi wooded area, but that was a ridiculous amount of bugs to be in one room.

Was checked into a room that was not available. Housekeeping had just begun to clean it. Vomit everywhere outside of room and on door mat. Room was in terrible condition. When office was notified that room wasn't ready, their response was that I needed to wait until it was cleaned. They would not put me in another room. Extended stay America ,Music City Tn Hotel was terrible . On this web site it very misleading. Amenities are not in room . You are treated like a thieves they keep items in office you have to request them. Room smells like nursing home and a casino.There was no tissue,no ironing board or iron. Worst Hotel experience of lifetime. 1) Arrived after dark, desk help sent us to wrong building, did a lot of walking around trying to find our room. 2) Extended stay hotel had no cooking plates or utensils. filled out a request form after waiting 15+ min in lobby; still never received any. 3) The A/C was non-adjustable and blowing right over our bed. Poor conditions The room was deplorable! No A/C unit, filthy, broken locks and the line had been cut to the phone. Bed bugs were observed in the room. We did receive a full refund and left promptly
