There was maybe 1 staff member there during our visit that was helpful, respectful and quite frankly didnt have any "attitude". I would never, ever stay at this place again. The beds were stained, from who knows what. We found it safer to go buy plastic everything for eating, as i dont think anything there was clean. Bathroom door in room was broken, just overall a horrible place to stay.

My plane was delayed by four hours so I arrived in Nashville at about 1:00 AM. No one answered when I tried to call the hotel. After a cab ride to the hotel, I learned the office was not open. A phone was available for late check ins at the office door, but no one answered when I tried to use it. The cab had departed so I was left alone with nowhere to go in a strange city. Fortunately I was able to find acceptable accommodations elsewhere after a short walk.

Crappy Management was very rude. I received attitudes when I asked for new towels or anything for that matter. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
