Smoke Free Property?? This is advertised as a smoke free property. Walked into our room and smelled nothing but smoke. There were no other rooms available to move into so we were stuck. The staff did try to help with some Fabreeze but it wasn't enough. Room 303 will need to be gutted. This is my second bad experience with Extended Stay, there won't be a third.

Broken toilet, rude staff and stained bed sheets. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Good location, easy to get to. Room looked ok when we arrived, but was old, run down and dirty. I was very thankful it had flooring and not carpet. Pull out bed was filthy, had rice and food on it, hair and stains and mattress was useless. 1 bathroom had hair behind the door and toilet. You have to go to the office to pick up ANYTHING you need. We made multiple trips for sheets, a pillow, blanket. It has a kitchen but not one item to use in it - again, you have to walk down to the office to get it (we just needed 2 spoons to... read more

Not recommended unless you are desperate. Needs to be redone. Carpet needs to be replaced shower for sure. Needs a complete overhaul.

I had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled flight. The place was filthy. I left my room in the middle of the night because it was crawling with ants.

The hotel is close to the airport, but our room was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned, there was a washcloth from the previous people hanging, the trash was not thrown, and hair that was not ours was in the tub. There was also evidence of drug use that we reported to the staff. When we went to enter our room, a trash bag with trash was blocking us from entering. I would never stay at this hotel again because it was so disgusting.

The website pictures were completely different from what we found when we got there. The bathroom had no door knob...just a hole, the room smelt veey musty and was a no smoking room, the breakfast was burnt coffee and a choice of a muffin or half of a granola bar, th foldout sofa had not sheets or blanket...this was not at all what we expected or paid for....was terrible. I was here for my mothers passing, the last thing i wanted was to stay in a place that was so uncomfortable.

Got in early. Could not check in, totally understand, but when i ask to use their lobby restroom to change clothes i was refused! NO! unacceptable! At 3 pm when i was alliwed to check in it was not the suite i had booked. No dishes, no ice trays, the property doesnt even have ice machines. So soap, shampoo, toilet leaks, was brought extra towels to clean up water on the bathroom floor the entire stay. NOT HAPPY. called the mgr. No resolition. Called cooperate, no resolution! Did i say NOT HAPPY! Do not stay here!@

Gross conditions inside and outside! The toilet was gross and unclean plus broken! The telephone was broken! The shower walls had wipe away mold on it because it had not been touched! There was trash all around the location! There was no smoking but there were Cigarette buds All thrown about outside!
