Spent the Night with Cockroaches and Ants There were cockroaches and ants. The internet service was horrible. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for just a little over 15 minutes before someone came to the front to help get me checked in. Only the lady at the end when I checked out cared. I will never stay there again.

There was no cable. My room looked as if maid device just made the bed and put fresh towels. There was garbage on the counters. A pillow that was used sitting on the chair in the room. Someone's body products on the sink. It was disgusting.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL The lady from the front desk was extremely unpleasant she had a attitude out of this world that was very uncalled for I will never stay at this extended stay again as long as she is there

What a horrible experience! First no iternet or tv. WHAT? I should have just went camping. It would have been cleaner and smelled better. But the $63 i was under the impression i was paying meant more money for fun. And plus- it included breakfast! There were 3 of us. So they put us in a room with a queen bed and fold out couch. Fine. HOWEVER.... when we got to back to the motel* after a long night of seeing downtown-17 minutes away, there was absolutely no bedding for the fold out couch. It was a cold uncofortable night. Stay somewhere else Check in was nice and then it went downhill from there. The room was visibly dirty (see photo of bathroom countertop that is attached) , the towels looked like they were used and had just been folded, walls were paper thin, loud people talking outside all night, there was no hair dryer in the room, the phone didn’t work, the tv wasn’t plugged in... just an uncomfortable mess.

Our first room had a broken tv our second rm had a stink bug that we couldn’t find after knocking off the ceiling and that same rm had a roach the air vents in both rooms extremely dirty and it was absolutely rediculous that we had to exchange towels in the am at front desk for new ones. If you wanted dishes in your rm or a blow dryer or coffee maker you had to sign it out. Only 2coffee packs period then buy your own.
