So FRIGHTENING!!!!!!!!! A big black guy opened the door and just stared at me an my young daughter. The 6'5" (not exaggerating) guy stood there without a word. I finally realized he was the maid and said, "Um, can you please shut the door?" He did but busted in once again before we left. It was frightening, beyond words. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel, especially single moms. Oh, and there was blood on the wall and a flashlight hidden in the bushes in front of my room.

Great location, poor cleanliness. The location was great, the room needed attention. We checked in late and didn’t feel like dealing with the problems. The room was gross. The carpet had stains and the top sheet of the bed was stained. The tub had mold so since we stayed one night we refused to shower. The door seal drug the carpet and was falling off. Miss treating They told me my room smells like smoke and I've never smoke in my life told me I had to leave with no proof kept my money then stood outside the door and told me u had ten minutes

No dishes, pots, pans, dish soap. I rented a suit and it was all in one room bathroom door nob was half off the door. We called to get it fixed and a guy came and said he needed to order a part so my brother in law had to fix it or we couldn’t have a lock on the bathroom door.

Dirty & Rude I hate to ever complain but the room was dirty. I killed 10-15 bugs easily including a couple roaches. My friend’s room also didn’t have their trash emptied before they checked in. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel was absolutely dirty as can be. There was roaches in the refrigerator and then there was bed bugs crawling over the beds.

Never Again. Upon arrival I checked in received a room with someone already in it. Went to ask for another room but if was not cleaned. She than offered a upgrade finally and got in the room the hardwood floor was dirty proceeded to the bathroom to find a few cockroaches scurrying around. Not a good place to stay. There was alot of shady activity going on with other customers but that's not the company's fault. Never again will I stay at any extended stay America properties again.
