Stay America Was clean enough, but parking lot and stairwells were horrible. Mattresses not great! Employees constantly bickering

Just functional Room was just ok. The hotel needs updating . Location is al so confusing it is located near two other Extended Stays that are less than a quarter mile from each other. Had small grey bugs (rolly pollies)in the room. Told Hotel staff they did not do anything. Hotel staff was generally friendly but not overly helpful . Had to bring room towels to the front desk to get clean towels. Had to also ask for dishes for the kitchenette. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins and granola bars and coffee. Residence inn Room smelled. No accessories in the room. Felt unsafe. Wouldn't stay there again.

Shortened our visit at extended stay Room was old, outdated and smelled like smoke. Bed linen had a burn hole in them. Towels in bathroom were gray not white. Our safety latch for the door was off and left on the dresser. Staff was nice and gave a full refund. Would not recommend.

Just don't... ewww! This hotel is disgusting. I was scared to touch the floor with my bare feet. It smelled like urine and stale cigarettes. The area is sketchy at best.
Very dirty Their was old food in our fridge, mold in the shower and sink, the bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up to a flooded room because our fridge leaked so bad.
