Room okay but had to wait for 20 min before staff showed up to check in. I left key in room because no one was available to check us out

Room needs work. Outside looks nice but the rooms were a disappointment. No hair dryers in rooms, television was in bad shape and for a non smoking room smelled bad from someone before us. Probably won’t stay there again. Sorry

Room was ok needs some upgrades but for the price it was clean and nice
The room is outdated and in not to great of shape and no remote for the TV. The girl at check in was nice but the man I spoke with the next morning when I was trying to turn in my key card wasn't so nice he was rude. Nobody was in the office so I used the phone they had to call them and I asked where to leave the key and he said just leave it in the room but I told him I'm not going back over to the room and up 3 flights of steps he said just throw it away then.
