Just needs upkeep with cleanliness overall. Says no smoking but cigarette butts on walkways, stairways. Parking lot needed picked up. Stains on carpets and in bathtub.

Extended Stay Hotels It was nice the grounds could have been cleaner and they were doing som remodeling. Overall it was a good stay.

Much Needed I needed a break from the world and it was definitely provided at this place. The staff was so nice. I also needed to catch up on some sleep and the room was so quiet and comfortable that I, who never does, slept 9 hours straight without one interruption.

Booked for family. The room was clean and the staff very friendly
Overbooked, but was redirected to upgrade Our original stay was booked at the 9020 location across the street. But, they had us on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the couple we were with only had an option of two twin beds; but booked a queen size bed. And was told they "overbooked" their rooms and nothing else was available. After a long drawn out process, we finally were booked at the 9025 location; which would have been more $$, but Hotels.com worked it out for us and they paid the difference for the inconvenience.
