Booked for family. The room was clean and the staff very friendly
Overbooked, but was redirected to upgrade Our original stay was booked at the 9020 location across the street. But, they had us on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the couple we were with only had an option of two twin beds; but booked a queen size bed. And was told they "overbooked" their rooms and nothing else was available. After a long drawn out process, we finally were booked at the 9025 location; which would have been more $$, but Hotels.com worked it out for us and they paid the difference for the inconvenience. Damaged room #302 Damaged room #302 again. Kitchenette counter has cut marks, door to bathroom has damage, carpet needs to be shampooed.
Low Budget option Room smelled like smoke and carpet needed replaced. Room was clean otherwise. Stairways needed good power washing. Wouldn’t offer late check out.

Damaged Room Great customer service but a damaged room, door to heater was broken and door to bathroom had damage.
