Comfortable but small. Internet speed slow.
Needs a lot more TCL. Well I had booked this night about a week in advance. I booked online with my card. Upon arrival, I asked to pay cash. Well to my surprise, the policy was, if you stay more than 7 nights you can use cash if you’re staying less than that you must use card. Though this was a pain. They we were very helpful to getting a resolution. Once I got in the room. The beds were comfy. But the sheets were itchy, there was crumbs on the bed so I knew they hadn’t been cleaned. The only downside for my overnight trip was no ice. Had to go to convenience store to pick up ice.
A granola bar isn't breakfast! The room was fine. I was disappointed that its advertised as "free breakfast", when all they had to offer was individually packaged muffins and granola bars.
Comfortable, clean and a good night's sleep Decided to stay here for two nights while in Nashville. Got a room with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. They have everything you need for the kitchen at the front desk, all you have to do is ask. They don't have daily housekeeping unless you pay extra. I don't have to have someone make the bed for me, so it's no big deal, but if you want fresh towels all you have to do is swap them out at the front desk. It was not clean in the hotel and they don’t switch towels or soap inside and the water in the bathroom stays long time inside when I’m taking shower
Misleading The free breakfast was a cup of coffee and a muffin. They did not have a map of the area to show us where we could get something to eat. Do not plan on staying at an extended stay again. When traveling through an area we have never been through we rely on the hotel to give recommendations where to eat. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
