I showed up for my reservation after traveling from Illinois 8 hours through floods and storms just to have them say they gave myreserved room away since they were over booked.. then Expedia charged my credit card about 30 minutes later for the room I never got while I was back driving in the storm. Very upset, needless to say!

they didn't have my reservation. hotel was fully booked. had to sleep on the floor in family members room.

No electronic keys available due to winter storm. We were OK with that as receptionist was very helpful. She was by herself as they were short staffed and she had to let us in the room. No shower curtain, had to get from lobby and put up myself and had to stand on edge of tub to do so. Not a good thing as I am 75 years old and short. Maid came in at 8:15 AM unannounced as we were getting dressed, just walked in. Stopper in sink would not release and had to pry up. Light on one night stand burned out bulb. Door keys did not work

Don’t stay here! Beds and bath were clean but everything else was pretty disgusting. Carpet was stained in multiple places and held down with duct tape near the kitchenette linoleum. Kitchen area was beyond well used and old. Bath was extremely outdated. We were a party of three. We had two sets of towels. I went to the lobby to ask for more. They had none. This motel was not booked to capacity! I was told I could bring my towels to the lobby, they would wash them and I could pick them up in an hour. What?!? The motel was do... read more
