Disappointed Had a guaranteed booking, got there, and our room wasn’t available. The clerk told me they had a twin room available (there were four of us). He did call to see what if another room was available across the street, but there was not. He called his manager and got us another twin room, in another building, but not what our guaranteed booking was for. The rooms smelled bad. Roaches in Room Place had roaches could not stay!!

The room was extremely dirty. Considering our country is in the middle of a viral pandemic, you’d think they would be going above and beyond to clean. The room was filthy! Ants everywhere! Luckily we brought our own disinfectant wipes (because of the coronavirus). So we had to clean the whole room before we could even settle in for the night! We would have left, but it was late and we had already paid for the room online.
