A bit frustrating with miscommunication There was miscommunication between the front desk and cleaning staff. I was here for 3 nights and on day of my third night they just knocked ONCE and opened my door! Thankfully I had the physical lock otherwise they would've just barged right in. They seemed very dubious when I said that I had paid for another night. Which I get the skepticism but give a girl a little warning. The cleaners also came in 2 hours later after I confirmed with front desk I was squared away. Just came in but... read more

So dirty!!! Have stayed in many Extended Stays and enjoyed them but this one has been the worst. Shower curtain is blackened Throughout and moldy at the bottom, air conditioner smells when turned on, carpet is coming apart, white stuff on the bedskirt, hair on the sheets, etc. if I wasn’t in dire need of a place to stay I would have left and found somewhere else.
