Extended stay america will cancel your reservation I placed the booking by indicating I would pay at the hotel (one of two options). The hotel's corporate office for "Extended Stay America" decided to take it upon themselves to cancel my booking with absolutely no notice. I then had to find a hotel in the area which was over double the amount I had initially intended to pay.

Terrible experience One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. For starters, it took 15 mins for the water to get hot in the shower. Secondly, there was a blood stain on my pillow case. Called and asked for anther pillow and was informed they were out of pillows but had pillow cases. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Terrible experience and terrible hotel

Do Not Stay Here. The house keepers only come once a week, my room doorknob was broken and the water wouldn't get hot, also the towels were dirty, probably cause the housekeepers only cone once a week, I do not recommend.

Trashy place The area was nice but room was not the best. Under the bed there was nothing but trash from a previous stay. Opened the cabinets and there was beer bottles that had been there for a long time. The hallways have a funky stinch.

The hotel smelled like wet carpet!

Be Warned The AC unit wouldn't say on. In hot and humid NO you need working AC. Not only that but the shower was broken. When you turned on the shower a loud, persistent, horn like sound would happen. When it came on it would shake the water settings turning the water cold and killing the water pressure. This would happen for the entire shower (10 min). The sheets smelled, kind of like they were washed in dirty water if washed at all. Horrible When we got there to the hotel they were doing some kind of construction to the bottom level in the hallway looks like a flood or something, it was very noisy and was right outside our room the whole time we were there. We weren't originally given the first floor the first room they assigned us we went to check it out before grabbing our suitcases from the car and walked in a room that was already occupied and when we told the front desk clerk he wasn't really surprised. Einmal und nie wieder Habe diese Hotel gebucht über Expedia kann nur jedem davon abraten dort zu Buchen der ein wenig Service verlangt. Weder werden Zimmer gereinigt noch etwas repariert. Ich musste mein verstopftes WC selber reparieren, wie ich ankam war in jedem Stock eine Baustelle Hotel komplett verschmutzt., fragte den Portier ob er mit was ausdrucken kann. Antwort Nein obwohl Drucker vorhanden ist. Müll muss man selbst raussbringen sowie frische Handtücher selbst holen.
