Will not return Did not enjoy it. I've stayed at Hamptons for the same price and the difference in quality is from day to night.

Great service. Gross room. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. The room was atrocious. Used condom wrappers in the side table, foul stench in the room and no towels in the bathroom. She immediately moved me to a new room and apologized for the inconvenience. She was wonderful which was refreshing given the terrible room experience.

HORRIBLE experience. We took a last minute trip to New Orleans, saw this hotel had a pretty decent rating and a decent price. When we arrived, there were two cop cars pulled up to the entrance of the hotel, not a good way to start the trip. In front of the parking spots, there are signs that say hide any personal belongings because they're not responsible for any theft. No hot water If your having trouble with hot water in some room why rent out those rooms. No hot water not even warm. Next day they move me

Rude Staff Got caught in a horrible storm on Saturday April 22nd. I made a last minute reservation on Travelocity for this property; received my confirmation and proceeded to the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very short and rude and told me that he couldn't find my reservation and even if I had one he wouldn't be able to accommodate me. Very disappointing hotel experience Very disappointing. The room smelled like trash. No hot water. No toilet paper. The sheets did hit seem very clean. Carpet had huge stain. "Breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. A bowl of fruit would have been better. Nowhere to sit and eat in the lobby. Hotel is right on the freeway. The room smelled so bad that we had to keep the window open, but then had to deal with the noise of the Cara zooming by. Lots of trash in the parking lot. Just overall bad, bad, bad.

Hotel close to airport Bathroom not clean. Strong cleanser smell, but bathroom didn't reflect. Needs updating.
