Great place, Friendly and Helpful Staff Everything about the place and staff was great but the one downer was the hot water issue. I had to run the bath water for 20-30 minutes just to get warm water. I even had to wake up extra early to run the faucet just so I could shower in the morning. I was staying on the top floor.

The hotel is clean and the staff was great. the hot water in my room was not working properly and the bed was really hard. Please fix these and the hotel would be five stars for me.

Nice The staff was extra friendly The room was nice and clean And comfortable...reminded me of home with The decor. I was on the 4th floor so the view was amazing of the city ...very happy with my stay I definitely would recommend to family & friends

Great stay Overall a good experience, the check in employee was a bit busy and the small breakfast bar was messy when i went for breakfast but the rooms were clean and it was a really nice area. We also had access to the interstate and not far from french quarter
