Overall, fine. RUDE Attendant! Lawanda was her name. She was absolutely Lazy, Rude and slow. Did not like her attitude One Bit! But everything else was pleasant.

The Front Desk The lady at the front desk was very rude and arrogant. She did not greet me, only looked up at me after seeing I was waiting on her n asked could she help me. After not greeting me she argued with me that she didn’t need my license after stating to her that my name may be hard to spell. Then to only say, that she needed my license. Her name was Lawanda and maybe the front desk is not what best suits her.

Trapped by bad weather! We could not get home due to an ice storm in New Orleans. All of the roads leading to where we live were closed! We were lucky to find a room at Extended Stay. we got there at about 1 a.m. and was told check out was at 11 a.m. they were two couples in the room and we made the best of a bad situation and basically had a small all night party the next morning all roads were still closed. The hotel informed us that they changed our check out time to 11 a.m. the following day at no additional charge! Our ... read more

One night stay Everything was ok but in the morning there was no water . I called service desk , the clerk told me that pipes are frozen and there is not she can do . I was quite upset and ask how can I go to my meeting . When I got mad she said she will arrange another room where she has water . She took me there but there was water but not hot water . I waited until 9:30 am . Finally I wash my face with cold water . And checked out

Great location, full kitchenette, no frills Booked online, then called because I wanted check in earlier. Early afternoon staff was excellent and accommodating put me on requested floor near an exit because I have mobility problems. The morning staff, not as friendly. Coffee service sorely lacking. Either you drink your coffee black or put sweetened coffeemate liquid in it. No regular cream or creamer and front desk staff acted as though a couple of us customers were asking for the unthinkable.
