i have stayed here several times before, but this time room was dirty. Cigarette butts and trash under bed and on floors. trash on dresser. iron not working. bathroom wasn't clean appropriately. Room was foul smelling

Amazing Stay Omg the best in the world !! I enjoyed everything about this stay- the staff the room .... they even had no problem with me keep adding on a day .. they were so nice and so kind.

They put effort into it! Elevator wasn’t working but hey it happened. We took stairs with dog to top floor. The gal who checked us in couldn’t have been more personable. Loved her!

Inefficient I was not informed until an hour before check in, that the hotel I booked was sold out, and was put across town with an affiliate, whose customer service was subpar at best, and tried to charge $30 more per night than what I booked.
