Great Place to Stay This is a great place to stay with easy access to New Orleans. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and nice. It is located in a quiet area of Metairie, right off of the Interstate. Off street parking is great. The entire hotel is very clean. They have a lovely continental breakfast with great coffee every morning. I have stayed here scores of times and I have never had a bad experience.

Great place, Friendly and Helpful Staff Everything about the place and staff was great but the one downer was the hot water issue. I had to run the bath water for 20-30 minutes just to get warm water. I even had to wake up extra early to run the faucet just so I could shower in the morning. I was staying on the top floor.

The hotel is clean and the staff was great. the hot water in my room was not working properly and the bed was really hard. Please fix these and the hotel would be five stars for me.
