La habitación estaba sucia no limpian los baños y los muebles y el servicio es pésimo !

Not good, very bad experience. Breakfast was not good, no airport trasfer was provided..
I searched for a hotel close to JFK and Extended Stay America came up. In fact it stated that there was a free airport shuttle. However, when I got to JFK I couldn't find any shuttle and the folks at the information desk didn't even seem to know the hotel. I had to find another hotel as my flight was very early the next morning. I had booked Extended Stay on September 28th. and arrived at JFK on the same day.
