Bad room to much noise hallways

You overbooked. My reservation for four people was canceled 4 hrs before we checked in. My three children, one in a wheelchair, had no place to stay. And our reservation for the next night was also canceled. Two nights gone. Your policy/ business model SUCKS. We missed the Mets game because we had to find a new hotel. We kept calling your useless customer service number to find an alternative hotel. Hours went by and no one answered. You going to blame a horrible experience on Covid-19 LOL. Your company SUCKS. The whole 3rd floor smelled terrible. One elevator was inoperative, and the other seemed to be on the fritz. So take the stairs and bring an air freshener.

NOT What I Ordered The room I reserved with the confirmation number for a king bed was given away. They blamed Hotels.com for it. I have in my email a king bed reserved and I was given a room with two doubles.
