Booked room through Expedia as a Pay-at-hotel. Called hotel directly before check-in to tell them we would be arriving after midnight; to ensure there would be a room kept for us. Staff said there'd be no problem. When we arrived at 1:30, we were told there were no rooms and no room was kept for us. In hindsight, hotel should have ask

Windows were dirty. Bathroom door knob fell off. Tv screen is streaky. Generally unclean.

Nothing, the property was not great. The picture online looks better than in person

Not worth the price It was a last minute reservation just for the night. The room smelled like cigarette. For toiletries there was only bar soap. The breakfast included was just coffee and a cereal bar. Too expensive.

Red stain on carpet, sink in bathroom damaged. needed to be upgraded

Front staff were nice but the place is run down and crazy busy. The checkin area is so small and there were many men just hanging around to the point that it was hard to get by from elevator to desk. The "breakfast" consists of granola bars and not much else and the worst coffee I have ever tasted. No milk for coffee or tea, only sicky sweet coffee creamer is a pump bottle. Will not stay here again.

No thank you. It was dirty. Mold in the shower. Pure hot water in the kitchen sink no cold water. Cooking fan (exhaust) went straight to your face not outside. Even with the window open as suggested, it didn’t help.
