This was a last minute booking. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and liked that it was smoke free. Well, upon checking in I was put in a used room. Meaning the room was not cleaned from its prior guests, beds were clearly slept in, towels were on bathroom floor and trash was all over. The front desk apologized then sent us to a new room that reeked of cigarettes. By now it was after midnight and I had been at the hospital caring for my relative and needed rest. Internet was aweful. TV did not work. Maintenance guy was God Aweful. Lastly, coffee/tea/snack bar does not constitute breakfast.

Booked room through Expedia as a Pay-at-hotel. Called hotel directly before check-in to tell them we would be arriving after midnight; to ensure there would be a room kept for us. Staff said there'd be no problem. When we arrived at 1:30, we were told there were no rooms and no room was kept for us. In hindsight, hotel should have ask

Windows were dirty. Bathroom door knob fell off. Tv screen is streaky. Generally unclean.

Not worth the price It was a last minute reservation just for the night. The room smelled like cigarette. For toiletries there was only bar soap. The breakfast included was just coffee and a cereal bar. Too expensive.

Red stain on carpet, sink in bathroom damaged. needed to be upgraded
