Hotels. com have to return my money You don't understand. I naver said i want to get a refund extended Stay America. I wnat to get a refund from Hotels. com. I don't want refund from extended Stay America. I don't want to pay twice for same night. You have to return my money

Not good, very bad experience. Breakfast was not good, no airport trasfer was provided..

I searched for a hotel close to JFK and Extended Stay America came up. In fact it stated that there was a free airport shuttle. However, when I got to JFK I couldn't find any shuttle and the folks at the information desk didn't even seem to know the hotel. I had to find another hotel as my flight was very early the next morning. I had booked Extended Stay on September 28th. and arrived at JFK on the same day. This was a last minute booking. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and liked that it was smoke free. Well, upon checking in I was put in a used room. Meaning the room was not cleaned from its prior guests, beds were clearly slept in, towels were on bathroom floor and trash was all over. The front desk apologized then sent us to a new room that reeked of cigarettes. By now it was after midnight and I had been at the hospital caring for my relative and needed rest. Room has a horrible oder Tv is broken When i complained was told nothing can be done..

Internet was aweful. TV did not work. Maintenance guy was God Aweful. Lastly, coffee/tea/snack bar does not constitute breakfast.
