Nice hotel however they are stingy on their amenities. There was no tissue paper in the toilet we had to call for one. They also had only 1 soap to wash for a family of 4. We had to call the front desk for more. Initially she asked me to Come and pick up the soaps. Like really?! What kind of service is that where the customer has to leave the room in order to pick up soap. Other than that the room was cozy and comfortable.

WHEN WE GET TO OUR ASSIGNED ROOM, THE BED IS NOT MADE YET LIKE AS IF SOMEBODY JUST GOT OUT FROM THE BED AND LEFT. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND WAITED 10 MIN UNTIL THE FRONT DESK PERSON (ONLY ONE ATTENDING) FINISHED WHAT SHE IS DOING WITH THE LINENS FOR SOMEBODY, AND SHE ASSIGNED US TO ANOTHER ROOM. ARE'NT ROOMS INSPECTED AND CHECKED FIRST IF THEY ARE READY TO BE OCCUPIED BEFORE THEY EVEN ASSIGN TO PEOPLE? ON THE OTHER HAND, I LIKE THE ROOM BECAUSE IT IS JUST LIKE YOU ARE HOME THE WAY IT IS SET UP WITHA MINI KITCHEN.
