I liked how I walked into the room and the air conditioner was already on and the room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable

My Opinion that’s true for Me! We stayed from 8/4/18 to 8/8/18 they do not have hot breakfast. It’s literally a grab & go with breakfast bars & coffee or hot cocoa things like that no fruit either. The water was hot so that’s a plus & it’s near target & other stores about a 15 min walk or less not bad at all. It’s a pretty basic hotel with 4 floors. Let’s see what else no room service unless you stay I think 7 nights or more if you want room service it’s $10 a day if you stay under 7 nights so you pay if under those days. Th... read more

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Grab and go breakfast of granola bars and coffee available. I called to get information about their airport shuttle and the driver called me when he was close to the pickup spot. That was very helpful.

The front desk staff, Carlos and Selinda, were the best part of our stay. They went out of their way to make sure that we knew we were welcome and to make us as comfortable as possible. Overall the hotel staff was very welcoming and wonderful. The room didn't quit get as cool as we would have liked and the elevators did not work most of the time we were there. However that was beyond the control of the staff. We will probably stay there again on a return trip.

I've watched this hotel go downhill for the last two months. I stayed there for two days. The first day, the fire alarm went off continuously. The elevators stopped working and the internet stopped working. I didn't receive any housekeeping services while I was there, even though I requested it. The hotel van drivers have no idea the correct area to pick you up at the airport. Every driver picks up someplace different. I will not be staying here again.
